Payment Policy

At PowerDriveAuto , we deal exclusively in premium, high-performance motorcycles, genuine parts, and specialized accessories. To ensure transaction safety, maintain competitive pricing, and streamline order processing, all purchases are subject to the following payment terms.

1. Accepted Payment Methods

We support secure payment options for vehicle purchases, financing deposits, and accessories:

  • Bank Wire Transfer / ACH: Recommended for full vehicle purchases, international orders, and transactions exceeding $5,000.

  • Credit & Debit Cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover (subject to transaction limit verifications).

  • Certified Cashier’s Check: Accepted for vehicle pickups or direct deliveries upon bank verification.

  • Approved Dealer Financing: Payments disbursed directly through our partner financial institutions and credit unions.

Note: Cash payments for vehicle purchases exceeding regulatory reporting limits must be arranged in advance.

2. Payment Terms & Vehicle Holds

  • Order Confirmation: Vehicle orders, reservations, and custom imports are officially confirmed only upon receipt and clearance of full funds or an agreed non-refundable deposit.

  • Payment Verification: To prevent fraud, all card transactions and wire transfers undergo fraud detection checks. PowerDriveAuto reserves the right to request proof of identity (government-issued ID) prior to releasing any vehicle or shipment.

 

3. Strict Non-Refundable Policy

All sales, deposits, and payments made to PowerDriveAuto are final and non-refundable.

Because high-performance motorcycles are complex assets requiring immediate Title processing, pre-delivery 100-point technical inspections, freight reservation, and inventory allocation upon purchase:

  • No Cash or Card Refunds: Once a payment, deposit, or wire transfer is received and verified, it cannot be refunded, reversed, or canceled under any circumstances.

  • Vehicle Reservation Deposits: All vehicle hold deposits are non-refundable. If a buyer fails to finalize the remaining balance within the agreed timeframe (standard: 7 calendar days), the deposit is forfeited, and the vehicle will be re-listed for sale.

  • Accessories & Parts: Sales of electrical components, custom-ordered parts, exhaust systems, and genuine accessories are strictly final sale and non-refundable once shipped.

  • Pre-Purchase Due Diligence: Customers are strongly encouraged to review all vehicle specifications, high-resolution media, and technical inspection reports prior to submitting payment.

4. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

By completing a purchase on PowerDriveAuto , the buyer acknowledges and agrees to this Strict Non-Refundable Policy . Any attempt to initiate a fraudulent credit card chargeback or unauthorized payment reversal for a completed transaction will be contested using signed sales contracts, delivery confirmation (Bill of Lading), and inspection records, and may be referred to legal counsel or collection agencies.
